Heat Exchangers offer a reliable, efficient, economic and environmental solution to save heat and energy in diverse applications. The heat saved can be used for dewatering solids or cooling digested sludge. In any event the heat generated by preheating raw sludge is recovered and transferred into further processing the sludge. The heat exchangers we offer give you non-plug design with large cross inlets to allow passage of stringy solids and debris. All the units are compact and customised to suit your requirements.



Alternatively we can offer you plate heat exchangers which use heat transfer plates that are fitted with gaskets, which seal the channels and directs the fluids into alternate channels. The number and size of the plates are determined by the flow rate, physical properties of the fluids, pressure drop and temperature programme. The plate corrugation promotes fluid turbulence and supports the plate against differential pressure. These units combine high thermal efficiency with low installation costs and easy dismantling / cleaning.
