Gas dosing systems

Vacuum safety dosing systems of the VACUTROL series are designed according to DIN 19606 standards. To manufacture this high quality systems selected materials are used. The adjustment range of the dosing output is finely graduated and allows a perfect adaption to the process. Dosing ranges for the vacuum safety dosing system model VACUTROL for Cl2 (and other gases) are from 0.01-0.2 kg Cl2/h to max. 7.5-150 kg Cl2/h.
Dosing ranges for other gases, like NH3, SO2 etc., on request.

Chlorine dioxide preparation

OXICOM produces ClO2 by the HCl/NaClO2 method. The advantages of this are: easy handling, high operation safety, elimination of the chlorine dioxide storage tank, direct and proportional control of chlorine dioxide generation and the option of using either liquid or solid form sodium chloride (NaCl). OXICOM comes pre-assembled and tested and is ready for operation.

Solution- and dosing plant
The CONTINUFLOC is a fully automatic system for the preparation of granular, powder, liquid or emulsion polyelectrolyte. It is designed as a two-chamber, batch preparation system. In our experience this is the most efficient method of preparing polyelectrolytes, achieving consistently high quality polyelectrolyte solutions.
